Residential Extension – £85,000 – East London

Work involved removing old Kitchen elsewhere in the property and make good to convert to a bedroom, cut through external wall and extension with galley kitchen, new plumbing, electrics and flooring. We reused existing patio door and window to save on cost. We arranged for the kitchen designer to meet with client and agree on a Kitchen Installation and we designed the Electrical layout with the client.

Residential – Small Infill Extension, Ground Floor Alterations – £undisclosed – West London

This work involved the complete strip of an existing ground floor bungalow, small infill extension, new roofing, large 5m bi-fold door, structural beams, creation of new separate utility room, new plumbing and electrics throughout, new plastering throughout, all new joinery, including some bespoke, new Kitchen with quartz worktop with Island unit. 2 new very good size bathrooms, tiling and decorations throughout.
